The Eidra Graduate Programme is your entry point to a Nordic consultancy collective with global clients, bold ideas and real impact. As a graduate, you’ll rotate across three of our leading companies — from creative studios to tech-driven strategy firms — gaining hands-on experience, tailored training, and a community that spans disciplines, cities and ways of thinking.
