Now, we’re launching something unique in Norway: a graduate programme that gives you the rare opportunity to rotate through three of our leading companies in just one year.
That means three distinct experiences. Three different cultures. Three lenses on what makes work meaningful. And all within one collective, with shared values, close coaching, and a clear path forward.
At Eidra you will get a front-row seat to how real innovation and change happens — from strategy to execution.

Three rotations
Your first year with Eidra is designed to give you unmatched variety and momentum and gain hands-on experience across disciplines like technology, strategy, design, and marketing.
You'll rotate across three of the following companies: tba_, Umain, Kurppa Hosk, Los & Co and Curamando — each offering a distinct perspective on what it means to create impact for our clients.
These rotations aren’t side quests. They’re core experiences, designed to give you hands-on exposure to real client projects, varied disciplines, and the inner workings of very different teams — all under one shared Eidra roof.
International onboarding
Kick off your journey with onboarding in Stockholm, together with graduates from across the Nordics. You’ll be immersed in the culture of Eidra and given the tools to hit the ground running.
And just as important — there’ll be plenty of time for fun, shared experiences and building connections with people from across the Eidra collective
Learning
Throughout the year, you’ll gain a strong foundation in what it takes to thrive in a modern consulting role. We’ll give you the tools and confidence to navigate everything from strategic thinking to creative problem-solving — with input from across the Eidra companies.
You'll get hands-on learning through real projects, but also structured development through sessions on topics like business strategy, digital thinking, collaboration, storytelling, and emerging technology.
The focus isn’t on ticking boxes — it’s on helping you grow into a versatile, thoughtful and future-facing consultant.
Coaching and mentoring
You’re never on your own. Throughout the year, you’ll be:
- Paired with an ex-graduate buddie for regular check-ins
- Guided by a dedicated coach focused on your professional growth
- Supported by local leads at each company you rotate through
Culture and community
You’ll join a vibrant cohort of graduates and be part of a social and professional network that spans across companies and cities. There’ll be offsites, celebrations, workshops, dinners and more.
In Oslo, we’re creating a new shared office for all Eidra companies at Kongens gate 2 — a space designed to be more than just a workplace. It’s a hub for collaboration, creativity and community, where you'll meet not just your own team, but people from across the collective.

Beyond year one
After the programme, you’ll step into a permanent role in one of the Eidra companies — a decision we shape together with you over the course of the year.
Through your rotations, coaching and check-ins, we’ll work to understand where your strengths, ambitions and interests align best.
And even then, your journey across the collective doesn’t end. You’ll remain part of a network that thrives on mobility, curiosity, and collaboration.
